Delete Your Mikdar Data

App: Mikdar · Last updated: 19 June 2026

Important: there is no account to delete on our side

Mikdar does not collect or store any of your data on any server we own. There is no “Mikdar account” in the cloud. Everything you enter lives on your device only.

This page exists to explain how to remove all of your Mikdar data, and how to revoke the optional Google Drive permission if you used the backup feature.

Option 1 — Remove all data from your device

This wipes everything Mikdar has ever stored on your phone: transactions, debts, invoices, reminders, calculator history, settings, PIN, recovery key, and any encrypted backup files cached locally.

  1. Open Mikdar on your phone.
  2. Go to Settings.
  3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Reset all data.
  4. Confirm. Everything Mikdar stored is removed immediately.

Or simply uninstall the app — Android removes all of Mikdar's on-device data automatically.

Option 2 — Revoke the Google Drive permission (if you used backup)

If you enabled the optional Google Drive backup feature, Mikdar holds a permission to write files into your own Drive. Removing the permission is your decision and takes seconds.

From inside Mikdar (recommended)

  1. Open Mikdar → SettingsBackup.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the Google Drive section.
  3. Tap Delete account.

This signs you out of Google in the app and revokes Mikdar's Drive access — immediately.

From your Google account directly — works even if you no longer have the app installed:

  1. Open myaccount.google.com/permissions in any browser.
  2. Find Mikdar in the list of apps with access.
  3. Click Remove access.

Option 3 — Delete your Drive backup files

Encrypted backup files live in your own Google Drive (we do not have access to them). To delete them:

  1. Open drive.google.com.
  2. Find the folder named Mikdar/.
  3. Delete the folder (and remember to empty the Trash if you want immediate permanent deletion).

Or, before uninstalling, delete individual backups from inside the app: Settings → Backup → Cloud backups → tap the trash icon next to each file.
